RATSALAD are a punk band from Geraldton, Western Australia, whose reputation has been built through touring, word of mouth and a live show that continues to win over audiences across Australia and Europe.
Fronted by Jaz, whose energetic stage presence has become synonymous with the band, RATSALAD combine melodic punk, garage rock and hardcore influences with an emphasis on audience connection and inclusive live shows. Their performances have earned a reputation for converting first-time audiences into returning fans, whether playing major festivals, packed headline rooms or basement venues.
Following the release of their second album Pest from the West, RATSALAD completed a second European tour, were featured
nationally on Australia’s largest youth radio network, Triple J, as Unearthed Feature Artist, received coverage from Germany’s
influential OX Fanzine, and secured a sync placement in Paramount Pictures’ major film Jackass: Best and Last.
The band continues to build a growing international audience through touring, streaming, social media virality and live performance.
